What better way to celebrate than by getting to know the face behind the brand? (and if you already know me, you may still learn a thing or two from this reintroduction, plus there’s a bonus gift for you if you read to the end) 😉
So, let's travel back and get acquainted
creating and designing came to me when I was very young! As a little kid, I used programs like Paint (shoutout to all the Paint artists out there) and iMovie. I even created business cards when I was around 10, and if you ever wondered who was in charge of putting together the family slideshows after an event - you know your girl was always on it!
I began freelancing when I was 16-17 years old and then attended York University & Sheridan College’s joint program for Design to make it official! From doodling in Paint to crafting family slideshows, my passion for design has been ingrained in me since childhood.
Taking the leap into full-time entrepreneurship in 2021 was equal parts terrifying and exhilarating. But armed with nothing but sheer passion and a strong will, I dove headfirst into the world of freelancing, never looking back. Fast forward three years, and here we are—a tight-knit team of five incredible women, spreading joy and creativity one project at a time.
I’ve loved every minute of building this brand and helping my clients build theirs!
Over the years, I've realized it's not about what industry a client is in but instead their personality that gravitates us to working with them. Good vibes, sincerity, and open communication make my heart full!
The Heart and Soul Behind the Hustle
Beyond the pixels, I'm just your average espresso-loving, travel-hungry gal.
(If you’re curious, I love me a shaken espresso with almond milk from Starbucks)
When I'm not working you'll find me reading the next romance or mindset/business book, working out, shopping (cause it’s my therapy), or sourcing a cute cafe.
A little secret between you and me, I grew up eating Italian my entire life so sometimes I'm just over it (don't tell my mom). I still do love a good homemade lasagna mmm 🤤, and the pastries are 10/10, but I have to admit, sushi 🍣 owns my heart!
Now let’s talk travel! My most recent (and large) trip was our honeymoon to Thailand October 2023, which was a DREAM! The food, the people, the scenery was indescribable.
Whether I'm indulging in my daily dose of caffeine (iced, even in a blizzard—blame it on my Canadian roots!) or jetting off on a new adventure, I believe in embracing life to the fullest.
One of my goals for 2024 is to work on my health and well-being. When I started my business I pushed that to the back burner and saw a huge negative impact. This year I'm all about fuelling my mind and body with positivity. Reading more, working out moving my body, and fuelling it with nutritious foods.
A tidbit from me to you…
One thing remains crystal clear to me: success cannot be measured by metrics or income but truly how full your heart is. It's the feeling of going to bed at night and having the biggest smile on your face because you know what you're building is something you've always dreamed of.
