In today's fast-paced digital landscape, we've been introduced to yet again ANOTHER platform - Threads!

This groundbreaking app takes conversations to a whole new level. After being on Threads for nearly a month I've explored the power of Threads, how it enhances communication, and the potential strategies you can employ to capture and captivate your audience.

There is so much potential left to be explored as it's still very new & fresh. These are solely some tactics I've been implementing.

1. The most authentic App (besides Snapchat or BeReal).

Threads is a tool for quick thoughts, comments & conversations. It's really a "whatever comes to your mind" kind of app which I love. No need for overthinking, as the posts with the most rawness tend to capture more of an audience.

2. Extremely User Friendly

Since at its core, it's a simple app without a TON of features right now, it's quite easy to navigate. I pretty much taught myself how to use it within minutes of downloading. You can easily post, comment, re-post and participate in conversations.

How can you use it for your business you ask? It's Simple.

Use this platform to really bring out your brand tone and voice.

Share daily insights, tips, and tricks but also be REAL.

Here are 10 easy ideas you can share on threads today:

  1. What's on your to-do list for the day

  2. Poll your audience

  3. BTS of your day

  4. Sneak peek of what you're working on

  5. Ask the audience what they're up to

  6. A recent project or win

  7. A quote or mantra or affirmation that connects to one of your values

  8. A free resource or article or list/tips that provide value

  9. Repost another thread that spoke to you

  10. Throwback to a moment that lights you up

  11. Promote a new piece of content or service offering

  12. Challenges or contests

We’re only a month into this new platform and already seeing how successfully people are using it to connect with their audience.

Don’t let the newness of Threads intimidate you. If you don’t know yet how to incorporate Threads into your business my best advice is to just try it out.

Start posting, start simple, and see what resonates.

Like any other platform or piece of content, your audience is different and unique from anyone else’s so you need a little bit of trial and error until you find your sweet spot.

But if you were looking for a way to connect with your audience on a more authentic, unpolished, and personal level, Threads could be the place for you.

Until next month.
